Ticketes.com is a platform that offers the sale of tickets for events organized by third parties. We facilitate the purchase of tickets and their electronic delivery, while the event organizer is responsible for the production and content of the show.
You can purchase your tickets directly on our website without having to register. Simply select the event, choose the number of tickets, provide your contact details and complete the payment through our secure gateway (Stripe). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive your tickets by email.
We work with Stripe, a secure payment gateway that accepts international credit and debit cards, among other payment methods. All payment data is processed in Stripe's secure environment and we do not store your full card information.
All tickets are sent exclusively in electronic format (PDF, QR code or link). Once the purchase is complete, you will receive them at the email address you provided. We do not send physical tickets.
Conditions for exchanges or refunds depend primarily on the event organizer's policies and applicable regulations. Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled or substantially modified. If this occurs, you will receive instructions via email on how to request a refund, if applicable.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, you will receive an email informing you of the procedure to follow. Depending on the organizer's policies, you may receive a full refund or your tickets may remain valid for the new date. If you have any questions, you can contact us via info@ticketes.com.
At Ticketes.com we comply with applicable data protection regulations in the US and the European Union, including the GDPR. Yes. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability before the event organizer(s), in accordance with applicable regulations. Before, during or after the purchase, you will be provided with the contact details of the organiser. You can exercise your data protection rights or resolve specific questions about the event with them.
Yes. We offer ticket sales for events in the United States and Europe. Prices and legal conditions will be adapted, where applicable, to local regulations and those of the country where the event is held or where the buyer resides.
If the tickets you have purchased are non-personal, they are not associated with a specific personal name. In this case, your companions will be able to enter without any problems by presenting the corresponding ticket at the access control. It will not be necessary to show any additional identification document, as the event does not require that the name on the ticket matches that of the bearer.
For named tickets, the event organizer may require that the name on the ticket matches the ticket bearer's government-issued ID to ensure ticket validity and prevent unauthorized resale. Therefore, each attendee must present a valid ID at the entrance checkpoint. If an attendee is unable to show ID that matches the information provided during purchase, the organizer may deny entry to the event.
