TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF TICKETES.COM

1. Legal Information of the Service Provider
The ticket sales services offered through the website Ticketes.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") are provided by Ticketes Europe Servic SL, located at C/ Princesa 31, floor 2, Madrid, Spain. 28008.

Ticketes.com uses third-party ticketing software that has been licensed to Ticketes.com.
2. Acceptance of the Terms and Geographic Scope
By accessing, browsing, using the Site, or purchasing tickets through it (collectively, the “Services”), the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or the “Buyer”) declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.
These Terms apply to transactions made in the United States and in Europe. In the case of users residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Member State of residence of the User will apply.
3. Service Description
Ticketes.com acts as a ticket sales platform for events organized by third parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoters" or "Organizers"). The ticket purchase agreement is established between the User and Ticketes.com, with the Promoter being responsible for the execution, content, and quality of the event.
- Ticketes.com does not organize, produce, or is responsible for the event itself, but sells the tickets on behalf of the Promoter.
- The Promoter will receive payment for the tickets sold every 15 days, deducting the commissions and fees agreed upon with Ticketes.com.
4. User Registration and Data
The User can make purchases without creating an account, acting as a "guest." Nevertheless, they must provide truthful and complete information (such as name, email, country of residence) for the validation of the purchase and the receipt of the tickets.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Ticketes.com will use this data to send communications about the purchased event, notifications, and, where applicable, commercial information, in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
5. Ticket Sales Conditions
- The ticket price will be displayed in the applicable currency based on the User's or the event's location, along with taxes, fees, and any other additional charges before completing the purchase.
- By confirming the purchase, the User accepts the total price, including all charges. Transactions are understood to be perfected at the address of Ticketes Europe Servic SL, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable in the User's place of residence.
6. Ticket Delivery
- All tickets are delivered exclusively in electronic format (for example, a PDF file, QR code, or download link), sent to the email address provided by the User during the purchase process.
- The User is responsible for providing a valid email address and for verifying the correct receipt of the ticket. If they do not receive the ticket within the specified time after the purchase, they must contactCustomer service.
7. Cancellation, Change, and Refund Policy
- The refund, exchange, or cancellation policy will primarily depend on the conditions set by the Promoter and the applicable regulations (including federal and state laws in the U.S. or consumer protection rules in the EU).
- If the event is canceled by the Promoter, Ticketes.com will inform the User about the refund procedure, if applicable. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Ticketes.com’s liability is limited to refunding the ticket price (excluding other expenses such as accommodation, travel, or other indirect costs).
- The User's inability to attend the event (due to personal reasons or reasons beyond Ticketes.com) or any error made during the purchase will not be valid reasons for a refund of the ticket price.
8. Obligations of the Promoter
- The Promoter is responsible for the information provided about the event, its proper execution, and compliance with applicable legal regulations (including safety, minimum age, necessary permits, and licenses).
- Ticketes.com will transfer the net amount of sales to the Promoter every 15 days, deducting the previously agreed commissions and fees.
9. Responsibility and Limitations
- Ticketes.com does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site or the Services.
- Ticketes.com is not responsible for the content, quality, security, date changes, suspension, or cancellation of the event, as well as for any damages, losses, or additional expenses that are beyond its control.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ticketes.com’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the User for the tickets purchased through the Site.
10. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
- All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without written permission from Ticketes.com or its respective owners.
- The User may appear in images taken at the event by the Promoter or third parties, which may be disseminated for informational or promotional purposes, accepting this possibility upon purchasing the ticket.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
- Ticketes.com will handle the User's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and data protection regulations in the U.S.
- The User agrees to the processing, storage, and, when necessary, the international transfer of their personal data in order to manage the purchase, communication related to the event, and the sending of commercial information, unless the User objects to it.
- The User can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting Customer service
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms will be governed by Spanish law. In particular, the current regulations regarding consumer and user protection, electronic commerce, and distance contracting will apply.
- In case of controversy, and unless otherwise provided by law, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, while always respecting the inalienable rights of the consumer established in their place of residence.
13. Modifications to the Terms
- Ticketes.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- The modifications will be effective from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site or the purchase of tickets after such modifications implies acceptance.
